Biography

Born in 1957 Havana, Cuba

He is a graduate from the San Alejandro

National School of Fine Arts and the Higher

Institute of Art in Havana. In 1989 he emigrates

to Paris, France and in 1999 he emigrates to

United States, since then he lives and works

between Florida and New York.


He is an important artists of the 80’s generation

in Cuba. His work and artistic attitude

influenced later generations within the

intellectual scope in the island. He has

received numerous international awards and

his work is acclaimed and shown in renowned museums and private collections.
